Two of Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services senior officers, Inspector Sani Afu and Inspector Junior Vaalotu successfully completed the Leading in Complexity Program. Following the completion of two phases of the program which was noted to have been conducted “under the Pacific Faculty of Policing Leadership Program”
The two phase program saw our members and other regional participants go through intense training,which included “learning of different models of leadership. “Understanding methods that can be used to practice leadership, in efforts to strengthen or enhance leadership capabilities.”
The programme was held in Auckland New Zealand ( Phase 1: August- September & Phase 2: November 26th- Dec 2nd, 2022)
