Samoa Police, Prisons & Corrections Services is investigating two separate incidents that was reported to CID Apia and Tuasivi Savai’i, which resulted in the deaths of 2 victims.
One suspect has been charged with murder in relation to the Upolu incident and is now in Police custody.
