- The Police Commissioner on behalf of the Ministry of Police through the Government of Independent State of Samoa (“the Principal”) Invites bids from interested bidders for the “Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Police Uniform for the Financial Year 2023-2024 & Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2024″
This Invitations includes: (i) Part 1- Tendering Procedures, (ii) Part 2- Supply Requirements (iii) Part3- Conditions of Contract and Forms.
2. All Bids must observe the Biding process and Specification(s). It is also necessary for all Bidders to peruse the contract.
3. For enquiries and the inspection of the bidding document before submission, bidders should contract the following persons at the address given below from 09:00am to 4:30pm on normal working days.

4. Interested Bidders are invited to uplift the Bidding document from the Principal at the address indicated above.
5. Tenders will close on the 2 April 2024 at the Ministry of Finance. All Bid must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ministry of Finance Offfice, Level 4, Central Bank of Samoa, Apia, Samoa, no later than 11:00am.
