The Commissioner of Police is deemed as the employer of the Samoa Police. The Commissioner is accountable to the Minister of Police and is responsible for the overall operation of the Samoa Police.
The Commissioner is supported by the Executive team who oversight all areas of the Samoa Police Service. The Commissioner and Executive are answerable to Government and ensure the Strategic Direction of SPS is in line with Government priorities.
