PRISONERS APPREHENDED

Samoa Police Service (‘SPS’) wishes to inform the public that as of 5 o’clock this morning 26 March 2020, the remaining four (4) prisoners who were at large were captured and apprehended.

SPS wishes to acknowledge Rev.Pio Filipo Paiti and Mrs Mariana Kolisi Paiti of the Catholic Church at Faleseela-uta for notifying police which lead to the apprehension of the 4 prisoners. Furthermore, for their words of encouragement to these young men which resulted in their non-resistant when they were apprehended.
