Samoa Police Prisons & Corrections Services Receives Donation in Tribute to Fallen Officer

On Monday, 5th August 2024, the Samoa Police Prisons & Corrections Services (SPPCS) was honored to receive a generous donation from the Chinese Community in Samoa. The community presented a cheque of $5,000 as a tribute to our fallen officer, Detective Sergeant Peniamina Perite.

This heartfelt gesture was accompanied by a poignant tribute from the two sons of Senior Responsible Officer, Detective Superintendent Daniel Evans of the Australian Federal Police (AFP). Their visit and tribute underscore the profound respect and solidarity shared among law enforcement communities worldwide.

Detective Sergeant Peniamina Perite’s dedication and service continue to inspire and unite us. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Chinese Community in Samoa and the family of Detective Superintendent Evans for their support and recognition during this time.

SPPCS remains committed to honoring the legacy of our fallen officers and strengthening our bonds with the communities we serve.
